Migration 

Today i choose topic migration to discuss at blogger platform.

migration is started at starting age but at that time reason of  migration are different. but current scenario migration is trends to job. but in earlier time its may be survival of culture and natural disasters. one of the more important reason is unemployment. our government firstly design cause and then diluting problem for short periods if we talking about root cause of migration then we move to education system. where we are trending to creation of clerks. according to lord mackley theory. and another problem i think reason behind migration is diluting education system. its a reason of generating big problem like unemployment, depression, health problem like one of most important is laziness. I know that is not a health problem but it is cause of all the problems. 

at curret scenario migration depends upon employment. people are traveling one place to another for a job we commonly called METRO city. metro are designed by government for government comfort neta's are not move more place to work and gather more commission easily. 

if we really talk about two main problem migration and unemployment than firstly change one system that i think is Education System. Education must be hard, strict and job oriented. one more think i also think to improve that is thinking behind work not to work as a hard Donkey but  as a service. if you work on a mode of service than you never think about money. supreme power can take care you. if you want to work as a donkey than your master put greedy (carrot) in front of you. you few step more you got a carrot but whole life is completed but you are unavailble to got that fruity carrots. life trend to completeness your dreams. if you achieve than you happy for few minutes and lost more than you achieve. 

at a mode of service you got pleasure time to time and excited more to perform task easy and comfort more.

migration and unemployments are two major problem of government desison making or we can say policy making. 

every one can decide its own dreams and sets its own goal so "learn for knowledge not for degree "

Why we are unemployment?
We have lot of Master and Bachelors degree still we are unemployed any one think about that ? ..
Degree's only provide eligible to work not qualified and put trick, or we can say knowledge to work. its gain with experience or study for knowledge not for degree. if you work for service mode than u sucesss.
firstly i like to explain what is service
I like to provide u example of some service. its true at present world all of us services to anyone. service and duty i think both are same, but mode of works made it different. service are done by heart or we can say with full mode of love,but duty are done by pressure.
MOM and Son Service
Ma and son are service each other. if ma perform take care than its duty. but little child brings little smile on his/her face than its a service. little child dose not  know any result what happen by my smile.
so according to bhagwad geeta also you have a right to perform your duty not on your result.
Bank Cashier Service
Cashier at bank perform duty by collecting cash by account holder. and bank authority pay money for collecting and maintains accounts. if cashier about to think all money that he collect a day is mine. than what happen. he/she will be punished.


its a true all one are service each other for pleasure boss. so i can say dear student study on a mode of knowledge not for gain degree. if you have knowledge as  better than degree you got job easily.   degree help you promotion and knowledge and experience about work help you got a job .
more degree without knowledge trends you depression and footstep of doctor clinic. Dont expect anything from anyone.
"Do your Best at a mode of Service and leave rest for god. God take care you..."
i like to say that biggest animal (Elephant) and smallest (ant) cant think about daily bread. but only creature in earth(Human beings) always think about store and comfort life. because its think all creature serve him . and i am superior. i can do anything and i can change law of nature. firstly you surrender yourself on footstep of lord. 

Got a job if you have dedication to work and focus on knowledge only......

jindagi ko ek bahane ki talash hai

Jindagi ko jeene ka bahana chaiye
kya sahi kya galat janana chaiye
samajah mein aaye jab tab der na ho jaye
utho jago kuch kadam to barao
is narak se bahar to nikalwao
hum to anjane hai aur mukti ke ichadhari hai
bus ek majhi ki talash hai
jo jindagi ko par laga de
andhere mein gyan ka prakash dalwa de
aur uske sath jewan katne ki tamana hai
bus dili ek khawais hai
mil jaye manjil na phas jaye is chakrayouh mein

हे हवा के झोको

हे हवा के झोको
तुमको क्या दूँ संबोधन
कभी यहाँ कभी वहा
कभी अवांछित जगहों से
आते हो
जीवन को प्रफूलित व् कभी निराश करते हो
आते हो जीवन को झंझोर देती है
जाते हो जीवन में में सुखद व् दुखद विराम देती हो
विराम के पीछे आशा व् निराशा होती है
जो जीवन में उठान व् पतन करती हो
लेकिन विराम नए विराम को जन्म देती हो
हे हवा के झोकों क्या तुम्हारा यही कारन उतपत्ति का
नही नही नही यह तो एक रूप झोकों का
याद करो उन झोकों को जिससे जीवन भर प्रफूलित रहते हो
देते हो जीवन को जीने का उदेश
क्या है तुम्हारी उत्पति का कारन
क्या कोई जनता इसे
तुम ना होते तो क्या होता
जीवन ऐक निराशापूर्ण होता
कैशे करू तुम्हारा धन्वाद
में तो कर्र्ण हूँ हवा में विचरण करता हूँ
सुख और दुःख रुपी झोकों में झूलता हूँ
मंजिल की और आग्र्सर रहता हूँ
नए कर्र्र्ण को जनम देता हूँ
डोलने को मजबूर कर देता हूँ
बना रहे तेरा आभार
यही है मानुष का सार
मालूम है डोलना मजबूरी है
लेकिन नए कर्र्ण को जनम देना उस्शे बरी मजबूरी है
न कोई बदल पाया है न बदल पायेगा
जीवन में डोलता रह जाएगा

life as a stranger

I met my life
like a stranger meet another
the way you make me feel.
was another way to tell my heart
thats there are still people in this world
To gave life a fresh new fresh start
refusing love was such a easy game for you
you faked all along but why it feel so true
some people say heart is not just
on of organ
its a home where love reside inside
human
so where my love gone inside your
body
or its the same for every body.
I know its all over we cant be together again
we would meet like two stranger meet again
